Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your Razorpay subscription page. You keep Pro access until the end of your current billing cycle, then you're back on Free with no data loss.
Do you store my Gmail credentials?
No. Ping uses Google OAuth, so your password never touches our servers. We store an encrypted refresh token only when you schedule sends server-side or run a follow-up sequence, and delete it once the sequence completes.
What happens to my campaigns if I downgrade?
Nothing. Existing tracked emails keep working forever. You just lose the ability to send new campaigns past the Free limits.
Why INR pricing?
Ping is built and billed from India via Razorpay. International cards work fine - Razorpay charges them in INR at the live exchange rate. Your card statement will show ≈ $9 for monthly or ≈ $79 for annual.
